We’ll begin by grounding our energy with gentle movement and a slow, mindful walk through nature. As the sun sets and the full moon rises over the bay, we’ll settle into an open-eyed, five-senses meditation, deepening our connection to the season’s renewal.
Afterward, take a moment to reflect and journal any insights before closing the evening with a deeply restorative sound bath, leaving you feeling refreshed, aligned, and with more ease.
Bring extra layers of clothing to ensure a comfortable experience as the temperature drops.
Children are welcome who are able to quietly observe their surroundings.
