Public Classes

A non-flow class that focuses on alleviating common pain and discomfort in the hips, lower back, and pelvic floor. We’ll begin each session by re-connecting with our breath. Next, we proceed to exercises that lengthen and build strength/stability in the muscles associated with these areas. This class will highlight the pelvic floor’s connection to the mind and body. Beginners welcome.

Beginner friendly class in a warm (80F) room that features asana sequences that naturally open the body, coordinate breathing with movement and awaken the spine as you set the tone for your day.
