Let’s take forest bathing to the water—under the glow of the full moon.
We’ll begin with gentle movement, mindful walking, and finish with a soothing 5 senses open-eyed meditation as the sun sets and the moon rises over the bay.
Bring extra layers of clothing to ensure a comfortable experience as the temperature drops.
Children are welcome who are able to sit quietly for 20minutes during the meditation.
