Yoga Hikes

YOGA HIKES

Local Parks within 30-45 minute drive from downtown Redwood City

Reconnect with nature and your community by joining our next Yoga Hike. The hikes are beginner friendly, and vary from 2-4miles in length. Along the way we stop  2-3 times for water breaks, catch our breath and some standing yoga asanas. We close out our hike with a guided meditation at the end.

Saturdays, March 9th, 16th & 23rd

12:30pm – 2:30pm Pacific Time

DAY 1- Overview of the Pelvic Floor, common causes/symptoms of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, a chance for Q&A, followed by some asana poses, pranayama/breath work, and meditation.

DAY 2- Discussion/Recap. Focus will be on posterior chain (back body) with poses targeting the glutes, hamstrings, and low back.

DAY 3- Discussion/Recap. Focus will be on the anterior chain (front body) with poses targeting the core, hip flexors/psoas, and quadriceps muscles.

Unable to attend all 3? No worries, pick a topic that appeals to you and join us that day!

Private Sessions

Private Sessions are available Virtually or In-Person for most styles of yoga including: vinyasa flow, Hatha, slow flow, restorative, flexibility & mobility, alignment based, pranayama, mediation and/or pelvic floor yoga.

Pelvic Floor Dysfunction varies from one person to the next. Pelvic Floor Yoga Private Sessions are highly individualized to the person looking for assistance. While group classes can help you along your journey, you may not be able to tailor the class to your specific needs.
